The Spokane chapter of the Washington Society of CPAs will hold a meeting, titled Organizational Dynamics, featuring speaker Joe Albert, assistant professor in the Department of Organizational Leadership, of Gonzaga University. The Inland Northwest Society for Human Resource Management will hold a seminar, titled Social Networking in the Workplace, on Friday, Sept. 11, at Red Lion River Inn, 700 N. Washington State University College of Nursing will hold a free seminar, titled Acting Today to Assure Tomorrow's Nursing Workforce, on Thursday, Sept. 17, at 103 E. Spokane Falls Blvd., in Spokane. A reception will be held at 4:30 p.m. followed by the program at 5:10 p.m.



The Chartered Financial Analyst Society of Spokane will hold an Inaugural Northwest Investment Forum on Wednesday, Sept. 16, at the Davenport Hotel, 10 S. Post, in Spokane. Breakfast will be at 8 a.m., with the speaker beginning just before 9 a.m. A cocktail social is set after the forum from 4 to 5 p.m. The cost is $25 for members, $35 for non-members, and $500 for table sponsors.
