Chuck Horne Real Estate Closings Inc., of Spokane, has moved to the Longbotham Building, at 22 W. Main, downtown.

Chuck Horne, owner of the real estate closing service, says he has leased 3,000 square feet of floor space, and has moved his business there from smaller quarters at 423 W. First, where it had been located for more than five years.

Chuck Horne Real Estate Closings specializes in residential real estate closings.

Horne says the Main Avenue site has on-site parking and is more visible than the closing service's previous location. The site also has room for the business to add three or four more employees to its current staff of five as market activity improves, he says.
