Construction is under way on a 15,000-square-foot structure illustrated here for Deerfield Ill.-based BioLife Plasma Services. The project site is just west of U.S. 95, in Hayden, Idaho. Build to Suit Inc., of Bettendorff, Iowa, is managing the project, which is expected to be completed next summer. Polin & Young Construction Inc., of Coeur d'Alene, is the contractor, and OPN Architects Inc., of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, designed it.
