Stejer Development LLC, of Spokane, is remodeling the exterior of its Town & Country Shopping Center, at 808 W. Francis, which will look like this when it's finished. Nystrom Olson Collins Inc., of Spokane, designed the project, and Kilgore Construction Inc., of Colbert, is doing the work, which should be completed in mid-June. Separately, Safeway is remodeling the interior of its store there.
