Retail expansion rises on North Division - Art only

An expansion and renovation project is under way at Division Street Square, at 3609 N. Division. The retail center will have five suites with a combined 11,300 square feet of floor space when the expansion is completed. Kofmehl Inc., of Spokane, is the contractor on the project. Martin J. Hill Architecture Inc., of Spokane, designed it.
