Suncrest agency merges with Keller Williams

November 20, 2008

Nvest Real Estate Co., a small agency that specializes in handling Suncrest-area residential and commercial real estate sales, has merged with a much larger agency, Keller Williams Realty Spokane.

Nvest's 1,200-square-foot office in the Suncrest Outpost shopping center, at 5978 W. Nine Mile Road in northwest Spokane, will become a branch office of Keller Williams Realty Spokane, says Mike Baumgarden, Nvest's founder and president.

Baumgarden says he will remain as head of the Suncrest office, and Bruce Hardie is the operating principal of Keller Williams Spokane.

Keller Williams Spokane is based in a 17,000-square-foot, single-story building at 802 N. Washington, near downtown.

The merged agencies will have about 200 agents, including Nvent's five agents, Baumgarden says.
