Spokane Pizza Co. plans to open a full-service pizza, grill, and sports bar restaurant in a 5,800-square-foot space at 9225 N. Nevada, on Spokane’s North Side, according to Spokane-based commercial real estate brokerage SVN Cornerstone. 

The new restaurant will be located at the site of the former Mackenzie River Pizza Co. restaurant in the Pavilion Shopping Center. Spokane Pizza’s parent company, SA3 Restaurant Group Inc., of Spokane, will lease the restaurant space from Leland Restaurant LLC, SVN Cornerstone says in its press release.

Guy Byrd and John Hillier, of SVN, handled the transaction. Byrd declines to disclose the identity of the owners.

Washington state Secretary of State records show SA3 Restaurant Group’s business license was issued on Oct. 1 and registered to the name Ravinder Toor.
