The annual Fall Festival of Homes by the Spokane Home Builders Association is scheduled Friday through Sunday, Sept. 22-24, and Sept. 29 to Oct. 1.

This year’s festival features 17 residences constructed by 14 area homebuilders. Ten show homes are located in Spokane Valley, two in Liberty Lake, one on the South Hill, and five in North Spokane.

Featured homes include prairie, farmhouse, and contemporary styles and showcase bold architecture, floor plans, and interior design, according to the SHBA website.

Homesites will be available for festival guests on Sept. 22 in print, online, and through an SHBA Fall Festival of Homes app, where users can also find 3D virtual home tours by TourFactory, as well as turn-by-turn directions to each residence.

SHBA will begin the festival with a Kickoff Night at the Mirabeau Park Hotel and Convention Center, 5:30-7:30 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 21, at 1100 N. Sullivan Road, in Spokane Valley, where homebuilders and event sponsors will be recognized and celebrated.

SHBA members, homebuilders, and their guests are invited to register for the event to hear the latest trends and innovations while networking with industry professionals. An award ceremony will follow to announce the winners of the Fall Festival of Homes Builder Awards.

Participating homebuilders in the 19th annual fall home festival include Brytech Construction LLC, of Spokane; Camden Homes Inc., of Spokane Valley; Condron Homes LLC, of Spokane; D.R. Horton Inc., of Vancouver, Washington; Edge Homes NW Inc., of Worley, Idaho; Gordon Finch Homes Inc., of Spokane Valley; Greenstone Corp., of Liberty Lake.
