Real Estate Transactions and Other Business Moves in the Inland Northwest

Mead-based Walter Knopp, Bonita Greene, and Michael Knopp have purchased the 50,000-square-foot retail building at 10425 N. Newport Highway as an investment. The building currently is occupied by an Ashley Homestore. John Hillier, of SVN Cornerstone LLC, Chad Carper, of Kiemle Hagood, and Sean Mack, of Seattle-based Capital Pacific LLC, handled the transaction.

Mead-based MLW Services LLC, which does business as Major League Welding, Design, & Fabrication Services, has leased 8,800 square feet of office and warehouse space on a 28,750-square-foot site at 3335 E. Trent. Mark Lucas and Tracy Lucas, both of Kiemle Hagood, handled the transaction.

Sumner, Washington-based Steel Mountain Safes LLC has leased over 3,000 square feet of office and warehouse space in a multitenant building at 12018 E. First, in the Spokane Valley, for a Spokane retail location. The company manufactures and imports safes and provides wholesale and retail sales of safes. It also offers delivery and installation. Craig Hunter and Rob Kannapien, both of Coldwell Banker Commercial Schneidmiller Realty, handled the transaction.

Bellevue-based audio and visual equipment supplier Avidex Industries LLC has leased 3,250 square feet of office space in a multitenant building at 2018 E. Riverside, where it has moved from 164 S. Washington. Clayton McFarland and Bob Spooner, both of Goodale & Barbieri Co., and Casey Brazil and Richard Fox, both of Kiemle Hagood, handled the transaction.

Spokane-based Argonne Investments LLC has purchased as an investment the 3,300-square-foot retail building at 2120 N. Argonne Road, in Spokane Valley. The property previously was occupied by a Burger King restaurant. Colin Conway and Kim Floyd, both of Kiemle Hagood, and Kevin Edwards, of Hawkins Edwards, handled the transaction.

Custom single-family and multifamily homebuilder NV Development & Construction LLC has leased 3,600 square feet of office and warehouse space in a multitenant building at 4293 W. Grange, in Post Falls, where the company has moved from its previous location at 11944 N. Reed Road, in Hayden. The company moved to serve Washington state better, says owner Jason Slater. Craig Hunter and Rob Kannapien, both of Coldwell Banker Commercial Schneidmiller Realty, handled the transaction.
