Real Estate Transactions and Other Business Moves in the Inland Northwest

Spokane-based Baker Got Gas LLC has purchased 2.5 acres of vacant land at 8926 E. Bigelow Gulch Road as an investment. The company plans to develop a convenience store and gas station. John Hillier, of SVN Cornerstone, handled the transaction.

Spokane-based Black Enterprises, a Washington Limited Partnership, and Spencer, Iowa-based SW Investments of Washington Mead LLC have purchased as an investment just over 20 acres of vacant land on the northwest corner of Newport Highway and Highland Road, in Mead. Chad Carper, of Kiemle Hagood, represented the seller in the transaction.

Sweet Pea Imagery, a 3D-4D prenatal ultrasound photography company, has leased 840 square feet of office space in a multitenant building at 4407 N. Division, where it plans to move from its current location at 2309 N. Division. Tim Kestell and Lou Neeser, of Kiemle Hagood, handled the transaction.

EAG Properties LLC, of Hayden, has purchased a 4,800-square-foot building at 1015 W. Ironwood Drive, in Coeur d'Alene, as an investment. Craig Hunter and Rob Kannapien, both of Coldwell Banker commercial Schneidmiller Realty, and Don Crawford, of Pearl Realty, handled the transaction. 

Auburn, Washington-based Red-Head Properties LLC has purchased 38,000 square feet of manufacturing and industrial space at 4764 W. Selway, in the Riverbend Commerce Park in Post Falls, as an investment. Craig Hunter and Rob Kannapien, both of Coldwell Banker Commercial Schneidmiller Realty, handled the transaction.

Color Changer LLC, a commercial and residential painting company, has leased 7,100 square feet of office and warehouse space at 6590 W. Seltice Way in Post Falls, where the company has moved from its previous location at 9699 N. Government Way, in Hayden. Craig Hunter and Rob Kannapien, both of Coldwell Banker Commercial Schneidmiller Realty, handled the transaction.
