Real Estate Transactions and Other Business Moves in the Inland Northwest

Tacoma-based Hendrickson Parkview LLC has purchased as an investment the 36,300-square-foot multitenant Franklin Medical Center, at 220 E. Rowan. Joel Crosby, of Coldwell Banker Tomlinson, handled the transaction. 

San Mateo, California-based East Mission SV LLC has purchased as an investment the 13,480-square-foot Argonne Forest office building at 8815 E. Mission, in Spokane Valley. Erik Nelson and Craig Soehren, both of Kiemle Hagood, handled the transaction. 

Mike and Carmen Towan and Gary and Linda Cooper have purchased as an investment a quarter-acre commercial lot at 1612 E. Lakeside, in Coeur d'Alene. Craig Hunter and Rob Kannapien, both of Coldwell Banker Commercial Schneidmiller Realty, and Mike Walter, of Keller Williams, handled the transaction. 

Edward Jones, a financial services company, has leased 1,200 square feet of office space at 8382 N. Wayne Drive, in Hayden, where the company plans to open a new office. Pat Eberlin, of Kiemle Hagood, and Cory Turnbull, of CDA Commercial Real Estate, handled the transaction. 

Summit Mold Inc., a plastic injection mold manufacturer, has purchased as an investment 2 acres of vacant land on the southwest corner of Seltice Way and Pleasant View Road, in Post Falls. Chad Burd and Pat Eberlin, both of Kiemle Hagood, handled the transaction.

Coeur d'Alene-based custom home builder Atlas Building Group LLC has leased 640 square feet of office space in the Riverstone Village, at 2026 Beebe Blvd., in Coeur d'Alene. Pat Eberlin, Chris Schreiber, and Casey Brazil, all of Kiemle Hagood, handled the transaction.
