Professional Realty Services, a national real estate company, has leased 3,400 square feet of office space in the Northtown Office Building, at 4407 N. Division, for a new location. Lou Neeser and Tim Kestell, both of Kiemle Hagood, handled the transaction. 

Spokane-based Lash Envy Design has leased 500 square feet of office space in a multitenant building at 8615 N. Division, on Spokane’s North Sid, where it plans to move from a different suite in the same building. Kim Floyd, of Kiemle Hagood, handled the transaction. 

Lynnwood, Washington-based Green Wellness, an alternative medicine clinic, has leased 803 square feet of office space in a multitenant building at 2510 N. Pines, in Spokane Valley, where it plans to move from its current location at 9209 E. Mission. Jamie Moesges, of Kiemle Hagood, and Vic Overhosler and Levi McCormick, of SDS Realty, handled the transaction. 

Multicare Indigo Urgent Care has leased 2,400 square feet of office space at 1429 N. Liberty Lake Road, in Liberty Lake, for a new location. The new location is the health care provider’s sixth Inland Northwest location. Cory Barbieri and Ryan Oberg, both of Goodale & Barbieri Co., and Richard Fox, of Kiemle Hagood, handled the transaction. 

Superior Rock Drilling LLC has purchased 5 acres of vacant industrial land at 16903 W. Tulip Court, in Hauser, Idaho, as an investment. Craig Hunter and Rob Kannapien, both of Coldwell Banker Commercial Schneidmiller Realty, and Jeff Scott, of Windermere, handled the transaction. 

The Mana Pool Shop, an in-person gaming shop, has leased 1,900 square feet of retail space in a multitenant building at 2946 N. Government Way, in Coeur d'Alene, where it has moved from 1600 E. Seltice Way, in Post Falls. Craig Hunter and Rob Kannapien, of Coldwell Banker Commercial Schneidmiller Realty, handled the transaction.
