RWC International Inc., a commercial truck and bus dealership chain with a Spokane-area presence that does business as RWC Group, plans to build a new dealership and warehouse in Liberty Lake valued at $14 million to $16 million, says Brandon Votaw, a project manager for real estate management company Entregar Seattle LLC.

As envisioned, the proposed 53,000-square-foot metal building would be constructed at 21602 E. Mission, just north of the George Gee Automotive Liberty Lake LLC car dealerships.  The project currently is under a state-required environmental review, he adds

“The location is strategic,” says Votaw, referring to the project's site near other automobile dealerships.

The 11.3-acre parcel was purchased for $5.7 million by Entregar Seattle in late 2023, according to state tax records. Construction is expected to start this spring or summer, Votaw says.

The building also will have space for a sales team, a paint booth, a parts warehouse, a repair shop, and three bays for truck repair, he says.

According to a State Environmental Policy Act application, the dealership will employ over 40 people and have 125 parking stalls.

The architect for the project is Richland, Washington-based DKEI Professional Services PLLC, Votaw says. A contractor hasn't been selected yet.

RWC Group is headquartered in Phoenix and employs about 800 people across its five-state footprint, consisting of Washington, Oregon, California, Arizona, and Alaska.

Its Spokane-area office currently is located at 824 N. Thierman Road, in Spokane Valley, where it offers sales and service of new and used trucks, truck bodies, yard tractors, and bus parts. RWC Group Spokane also offers truck leasing and rentals.
