Taylor previously worked as a commercial property manager in Evansville, Indiana. Chancy Conger has joined as facilities manager. Conger previously worked as validation technician for Post Falls-based NWR Inc. Beckie Selby has joined as property management support. Selby previously worked for Spokane-based Bernardo Wills Architects.
Gonzaga University has hired Nichole Bogarosh as its new director of the Center of Student Involvement. Bogarosh worked at Gonzaga as a graduate admissions officer early in her career and rejoins GU after nearly 15 years at Whitworth University.
Spokane Valley-based L2 Wealth Management, a private client group of Northwestern Mutual, has promoted Josh Lane to wealth management adviser. Lane joined the firm in 2022 and previously worked as a planning assistant.
Spokane nonprofit Safety Net Inland NW has hired Jolene Uddman as its executive director. Uddman has 20 years of nonprofit experience.
Dominic Dickerson has joined Spokane-based Bornhoft Commercial as a commercial sales and leasing broker. Dickerson previously worked for revenue intelligence platform Gong.io as an enterprise account executive.
Spokane-based Timber Products Manufacturers Association has hired two employees. Alicia Carpenter joins as a safety specialist. Carpenter has over 22 years of experience in workplace safety and services. Kelsie Lees joins as public relations specialist. Lees previously worked in development, events, and insurance services.
Awards and Recognition
Coeur d'Alene-based architecture company Architects West Inc. has appointed Bryce Olberding to its board of directors. Olberding, a professional landscape architect licensed in Idaho, Washington, and Montana, has been with the firm for 13 years and currently serves as the chair of the Idaho state Board of Architects and Landscape Architects.
Inland Northwest Associated General Contractors announced the winners of the 2024 Build Northwest Awards. The awards celebrate outstanding projects, leadership, and innovation by AGC members throughout various construction sectors. The following companies were recognized; Clearwater Construction & Management LLC; N.A. Degerstrom Inc.; Max J. Kuney Co.; Lydig Construction Inc.; Wm. Winkler Co.; Versatile Industries Inc.; Garco Construction Inc.; and Inland Northwest Precast LLC. Associate of the Year was awarded to Budinger & Associates Inc. The Inland Northwest AGC is a trade association that represents about 400 commercial contractors throughout the region.

Downtown Spokane Partnership has allocated $5,000 in grant funding underwritten by Numerica Credit Union to support events that celebrate the history and traditions of Spokane’s cultural communities. Up to 10 groups will receive $500 each to activate Wall Street in downtown Spokane on Saturdays from June through September.
