The Hutton Settlement has hired Kristal Jabara as director of community engagement and stewardship. Jabara previously worked as director of community relations and policy adviser for San Diego County Supervisor Jim Desmond.

Liberty Lake-based STCU has expanded its senior leadership team by promoting four employees. Melissa Carpenter has been promoted to vice president-director of home loan underwriting. Carpenter joined STCU in 2012. Chris Knoll has been promoted to vice president-director of retail. Knoll previously served as a district branch manager. Matt Miller has been promoted to vice president-director of commercial credit. Miller joined STCU in 2014. Renee Taylor has been promoted to vice president-director of brand marketing. Taylor previously served as brand marketing manager.

Coeur d’Alene-based Mountain West Bank has promoted three employees. Jimmy McAndrew has been promoted to vice president and real estate production manager. McAndrew previously served on the residential lending team. Joy Rogers has been promoted to chief operations officer. Rogers previously served in the e-banking and treasury management department. Marilyn Buroker has been promoted to senior vice president and real estate lending manager. Buroker previously served as manager of the Coeur d’Alene sales team.

Greg Peach and Eric Weaver have joined NAI Black as sales and leasing brokers. Peach previously co-founded Pro Vision Foundation, a sports development program. Weaver previously worked in Spokane’s hospitality sector.

The Spokane County Sheriff's Office has sworn in four new lateral deputies. Matthew Meckley previously worked for the Kittitas County Sheriff’s Office. Zachary Clarkson, Jesse Quinn, and Connor Telford all previously worked for the Snohomish County Sheriff's Office.
