Following the most recent Washington state legislative session, more than $82 million in state funding will go toward Spokane-area projects.
More than half of that amount—$51.7 million—will go toward completion of the North Spokane Corridor.
Another $23 million will go to "sustained funding to support operational costs for local housing and human services projects," according to a release from the city of Spokane.
