EXIT Real Estate Professionals has hired Jeci Adams, April DeNike, Yvonne Dalke, and Mohammed Mohammed as real estate brokers. Adams previously worked for Keller Williams Real Estate under the same title. DeNike previously worked for LIVE Real Estate LLC as a real estate residential professional. Dalke previously worked for Windermere in Issaquah, Washington, under the same title. Mohammed previously worked for PNW Helping Hands as a residential treatment coach.







Gold Seal Plumbing has announced eight promotions. Chris Dixon has been named interim CEO from manager of residential construction. Robert Dixon has been promoted to vice president of operations from manager of commercial construction. Kevin Oliver has been promoted to vice president of business development from marketing manager. Courtney Dixon has been promoted to vice president of finance from CFO. Mike VanDyke has been promoted to director of new construction from field superintendent. Shawn Thornburg has been promoted to director of quality assurance from journeyman plumber. Alex Gurske has been promoted to project manager from journeyman plumber. Kelly Thornton has been promoted to superintendent from journeyman plumber.
Jen Schulz has joined Numerica Credit Union as vice president of business solutions and execution. Schulz previously served as senior vice president and director of strategic initiatives at Umpqua Bank.

TOK Commercial has expanded its Spokane leadership team with two promotions. Danny Davis and Drew Ulrick have both been promoted to partner from real estate broker.
Canopy Village has named Rosa Mettler as executive director. Mettler previously served as CEO.
Alex Johnson has been hired as a real estate accountant at Vandervert Developments. Johnson recently graduated from Colorado State University in Fort Collins, Colorado, with a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in accounting and finance.


Contract Design has announced two hires and one promotion. Brenda Gearing has been hired as director of design. Gearing previously worked for Greenstone Homes as design studio manager. Hannah Christensen has been hired as account manager. Christensen previously worked for Huntwood Industries under the same title. Ashley Hamad has been promoted to marketing associate from account manager and project designer.

YWCA Spokane has announced its 2026 Women of Achievement nominees. The nominees include: Anesu Whacha, Becky Rempe, Patricia Castaneda, Jaime Stacy, Lori Hunt, Lisa Gardner, Shadan Kapri, Autumn Kern, and Gloria Aston-Baynes.
Philanthropy
Seattle-based BECU has donated $60,000 to three nonprofits in Eastern Washington for its annual People Helping People awards. The Agriculture & Forestry Education Foundation in Spokane has received $15,000; Refugee & Immigrant Connections, also of Spokane, has received $30,000; and Pullman, Washington-based Phoenix Conservancy has received $30,000.
