

The Journal has selected the finalists for its second annual Business of the Year Awards.
All finalists will be recognized — and the winners will be disclosed — at an event scheduled for 5:30-7 p.m. Wednesday, March 25, at the Spokane Convention Center in downtown Spokane.
For small business of the year, the finalists are: Ability Employment Services Inc.; XCraft Enterprises Inc.; and Williamson & Associates Technologies Inc., doing business as Wassoc.
Medium-sized business finalists are: Coeur d'Alene Tractor Co., dba Adams Tractor of Spokane; No-Li Brewhouse LLC; and Selkirk Sport LLC.
Large business finalists are: Bouten Construction Co., Jubilant HollisterStier LLC, and Sunshine Health Facilities Inc.
Social-service nonprofit award finalists are: Community Health Association of Spokane, dba CHAS Health; Spokane Neighborhood Action Partners; and Maddie's Place.
