Workers are putting the finishing touches on the newly renovated office space in the Pacific Fruit & Produce building at 102 E. Main that will house Spokane-based financial company JMK & Associates. The 10,800-square-foot building will also host a 4,500-square-foot event space called the Pacific x Pine Collective LLC, on which construction is expected to begin before the end of the year. The $700,000 project was handled by Mead-based True Temper Building LLC and designed by HDG Architecture, also of Spokane.
