Staff Report

Construction of a $12 million skywalk and addition is complete at Evergreen Fountains LLC, a senior living complex in Spokane Valley. The three-story, 61,700-square-foot addition, which includes 39 apartment units, is attached to the campus’ main building at 1202 N. Evergreen via the new skywalk. The project also includes 12 cottage triplex units as well as a courtyard with walking tails, a putting green, raised garden beds, and a patio area. Spokane Valley-based T.W. Clark Construction LLC is the general contractor for the project, and Sam Nystrom, of the Spokane office of Katerra Inc., designed it.
