Kiemle & Hagood opens office in Tri-Cities

Commercial brokerage also plans Missoula location

December 15, 2016
Mike McLean

Spokane-based commercial real estate brokerage and property management concern Kiemle & Hagood Co. has opened a new office in Kennewick, its third overall, and plans to open a fourth office early next year in Missoula, Mont.

The Kennewick office, about 145 miles southwest of Spokane, will enable Kiemle & Hagood to expand real estate sales and leasing services the brokerage offers in the Tri-Cities area and the surrounding Central Washington region, says Larry Soehren, president and CEO.

The new office also will boost efficiency in property management in the service area, Soehren says.

Kiemle & Hagood and a subsidiary, K&H Facility Services, have hired four facility maintenance technicians and office administrative staff from within the community, he says.

The company also will increase its involvement in various business and civic groups in the Tri-Cities, Soehren says.

Looking ahead to further expansion, Kiemle & Hagood has selected a site in Missoula, about 200 miles east of Spokane, where it plans to open an office in coming months.

Kiemle & Hagood manages more than 7 million square feet of commercial space and provides services in sales, leasing, development, and tenant representation.

The company was founded in 1971, and its main office is located on the fourth floor of the Chase Financial Center, at 601 W. Main. It also operates a Coeur d’Alene office, which opened in 2008 and is located at 2065 W. Riverstone Drive, in the Riverstone development.
