Kootenai Health plans to break ground this month on a $10.5 million expansion of its Post Falls facility, located at 1300 E. Mullan. The two-story, 22,000-square-foot addition is expected to be completed in 12 to 15 months. Bouten Construction Co., of Spokane, is the construction manager on the project.
