Parkwood Business Properties, of Coeur d’Alene, is developing a $6.6 million-plus medical office building and skywalk connection to Bonner General Health, in downtown Sandpoint. The hospital will lease the first and second floors of the three-story building, which Williamson-Johnson Co., of Coeur d’Alene, is erecting.
