Living Water launches landscape-service affiliate

January 30, 2014

Living Water Lawn & Tree Care Service, of Spokane, now has an affiliate, Living Water Landscape Services.

The new company will be located in a 3,600-square-foot building on 2.7 acres of land at 8227 N. Regal. Living Water founders Michael and Lisa Fairburn recently bought the property, says Guy Byrd, a Spokane commercial real estate broker involved in the transaction.

The Fairburns have partnered with Ron and Carol Davis, also of Spokane, to form Living Waters Landscape Services. The new company will provide lawn mowing and maintenance, pruning, landscape cleanup, and sprinkler system installation and repair for residential and light-commercial properties.

Living Water Lawn & Tree Care, which specializes in environmentally friendly lawn and tree fertilizing and pest control, is located at 6925 E. Bigelow Gulch Road, and eventually will move its administrative offices to the Regal Street site, Byrd says.

Byrd and Paula M. Giddings, both of Cornerstone Property Advisors LLC, and Gary Kuster, of Windermere Real Estate/Valley Inc., handled the transaction.
