The $20 million Clare View senior housing complex is well under way on Spokane's South Hill. Dave Roberts, senior developer at Spokane Housing Ventures, says the first living units there are slated to be completed this fall. Whitewater Creek Inc., of Hayden, is building the complex, located at 3146 E. 44th, just east of the South Hill Shopko outlet. ZBA Architecture PS, of Spokane, designed it.
