Molina Healthcare center to relocate to Rock Pointe

Move from west Spokane to involve 90 employees, provide room for growth

Molina Healthcare of Washington Inc., a Bothell, Wash.-based health-maintenance organization, says it has leased 27,300 square feet of office space in the Rock Pointe III building, at 1330 N. Washington, and plans to move its Eastern Washington regional operations there by Aug. 1.

The newly leased space is on the fourth floor of the five-story building in the Rock Pointe Corporate Center, north of downtown.

Molina Healthcare's Eastern Washington office currently is located at 5709 W. Sunset Highway in west Spokane, where Molina employs 90 people, all of whom will move to the Rock Pointe space, says Sunny Yu, a Long Beach, Calif.-based spokeswoman for the company's national parent, Molina Healthcare Inc.

Yu says the Rock Pointe space will allow Molina Healthcare to continue to grow in Eastern Washington.

Jon Jeffreys and Jeff McGougan, both of NAI Black, handled the Rock Pointe lease.

Office

Triton Prospera LLC, of Spokane, has bought as an investment a two-story, 12,300-square-foot office building at 123 E. Second for $600,000. Hoyt, Lewis & Associates LLC, a Spokane financial-planning service, plans to move there from smaller quarters at in the Tapio Center, at 104 N. Freya. Carlos Herrera and Vic Overholser, both of SDS Realty Inc., and Greg Tapley, of Cantu Commercial Properties LLC, handled the transaction.

121 Development LLC, of Spokane, has bought as an investment a 10,000-square-foot building at 159 S. McClellan for $456,000. Guy Byrd, of Cornerstone Property Advisors LLC, and Vic Overholser, of SDS Realty Inc., handled the transaction.

Commercial & Industrial

Market St. Auto Licensing Inc., a new automobile-licensing office, has leased 1,400 square feet of space in the Hillyard Market Place, at 4011 N. Market. Stephen Pohl and John Powers, both of NAI Black, handled the lease.

CCM Floor Care Inc., a Spokane concrete and stone floor-polishing concern, has bought a 2,400-square-foot building at 5517 E. Mallon and has moved there from a home base. Rob Kannapien, of Coldwell Banker Commercial Schneidmiller Realty, and Doug Byrd, of Byrd Real Estate Group LLC, handled the transaction.

Adult housing

Cornerstone Court, a Spokane adult-family home and boarding facility, has leased a 7,300-square-foot, single-story building next to its leased facility at 12420 N. Ruby. Brian Anderson, and Jeff Johnson, both of NAI Black, handled the lease.
