Meridian starts remodel of BDO offices in Spokane

$1.2 million project to be completed this summer

February 10, 2022
Erica Bullock

Project update:

•Tenant improvements will begin this month for the Spokane office of BDO USA LLC, an accounting and advisory firm leasing 7,650 square feet of office space on the ninth floor of the Bank of America building, at 601 W. Riverside downtown.

Meridian Construction & Development Inc., of Spokane, will be the contractor for the project. Gensler, a San Francisco-based architecture firm, is providing architecture and design services.

Mark D’Agostino, president of Meridian Construction, says, “The office will be modern in design and includes innovative modular office space as well.”

The project budget is about $1.2 million, D’Agostino says.

Construction plans call for a complete demolition of the existing office space and the construction of conference rooms, offices, breakroom, reception area, and a mailroom, he says.

The tenant improvements started earlier this month and are expected to be completed by the end of June.
