Work is progressing rapidly on this $12.8 million, 150-unit senior apartment complex, located in the Wandermere area on Spokane's North Side. Called Traditions at Mill Road, the complex is scheduled to be completed late this year. Inland Washington LLC, of Spokane Valley, is developing the complex, and that company's construction division is the general contractor on the project.
