Pet Emergency Clinic is being built at the northeast corner of Division Street and Mission Avenue. The $3 million, 14,000-square-foot building is slated to be completed in early 2016. Baker Construction & Development Inc., of Spokane, is the contractor on the project, and Animal Arts Design Studio, of Boulder, Colo., designed it. Pet Emergency Clinic and four other veterinary-related services currently are located nearby, at Division and Ruby Street.
