Idaho real estate agent launches new brokerage

September 23, 2010
Mike McLean

Longtime North Idaho real estate agent Kelly Hanson says he has obtained a broker's license and is operating Your Next Castle Real Estate, a new independent agency, out of his Hayden home at 650 Peachtree Drive.

Three other agents who have 15 years of experienced combined, and were trained by Hanson, are affiliated with the brokerage.

Hanson says he has been selling real estate in North Idaho for 22 years and obtains almost all of his business through repeat customers and client referrals.

Hanson, former president of the Coeur d'Alene Association of Realtors, has worked for a number of Coeur d'Alene-based brokerages, including Re/Max Masters Inc., Exit Realty Coeur d'Alene, and GMAC Real Estate Northwest.

He also is certified as a real estate instructor by the Idaho Real Estate Commission, the Idaho Association of Realtors, and the Coeur d'Alene Association of Realtors.
