Residential real estate brokerage adds 17 agents

Professional Realty agency also aims to grow in Cd'A

May 8, 2014

Spokane-based Professional Realty Services Inc., a growing residential real estate brokerage, recently added 17 agents at its Spokane offices, says J.W. Webb, the company’s president and designated broker.

The company also plans to expand its presence in North Idaho, he says.

In all, Professional Realty Services has 23 agents in the Spokane area, and dozens of other agents based in seven offices serving communities throughout Washington and Oregon, Webb says.

Webb founded Professional Realty Services here in 2005. The company’s headquarters are on the second floor of the Old City Hall building, at 221 N. Wall.

Webb says Professional Realty Services is looking to open an office in Coeur d’Alene this year and hopes to have another 40 agents working in the North Idaho residential real estate market within a year.

“Our growth has been pretty steady over the years,” he says. “The market is definitely getting better.”

Most of the new agents here are experienced residential real estate agents that have switched affiliations from another Spokane brokerage, Webb says.

“Our focus is on supporting our agents and making sure they have the right tools, processes, and systems,” Webb says. “All of our processes are online, and agents have access to everything whether they’re in the office or away on vacation.”
