The commercial and residential real estate company Legacy Group Network now is fully situated in its new home along the 200 block of West Indiana Avenue, north of downtown Spokane.

Founded 13 years ago, the company occupies a 4,000-square-foot building at 205 W. Indiana that served as a residential dwelling when it was built in the early 1950s. Later, the building was home to an optical company for several decades, says Legacy CEO and part owner John Graham.

“We raised the roof, completely gutted it and just finished a full remodel,” says Graham of the building the company purchased.

The remodel more than doubled the size of the building. Before moving into its new location, the Legacy Group spent five years in leased space at 1015 N. Calispel.

Right now, Graham says business couldn’t be better.

“We’ve currently got about $30 million pending under contract,” he says. “That’s a good number for anybody.”

A brokerage that’s affiliated with Keller Williams Realty, the Legacy Group also has offices in Coeur d’Alene and Missoula, Montana.

Graham says the company has a combined 40 employees and independent contractors based in the three offices.
