Urban Workshop, of Spokane, attached this conceptual depiction of a dense townhouse development to a letter of interest it submitted to the city of Spokane some months ago for the 1.1-acre city-owned Bosch lot between Monroe and Lincoln streets north of Bridge Avenue. The city, after receiving just two letters of interest in response to an initial query, now is seeking formal proposals for the site, due by July 23.
