Big Cigar LLC, of Spokane, says it expects to develop this four-story building at 627 E. Second as soon as it secures some initial tenants for the structure. The building is expected to have about 6,000 square feet of space on each of the three main floors and in the basement, and less square footage on the partial fourth floor. It will sit just east across a parking lot from a 6,200-square-foot warehouse building that Big Cigar plans to remodel into office space in the first phase of the two-phase project. Garco Construction Inc will be the general contractor for the project.
