SHBA lines up 31 homes for annual fall festival

The Spokane Home Builders Association will hold its 11th annual Fall Festival of Homes during the next two three-day weekends. This year's festival will feature 31 homes constructed by 19 builders, says Nicole Kerns, a spokeswoman for the association.
