Goodwill Industries of the Inland Northwest has purchased 6.3 acres of land on the West Plains, where the nonprofit plans to build a 60,000-square-foot retail store and salvage processing area.

Business owner Russell Fleming recently has rebranded and retooled the former Petunias Marketplace and is now operating it as Vettore Café.

Sam Thoen, who owns and operates Unified Fitness, at 9119 E. Broadway, in Spokane, plans to relocate the store in early September to newly built retail space at 6818 E. Sprague.

Spokane Valley-based e-commerce company Kaspien Holdings Inc. has been added to the Russell Microcap Index. The company was added to the index on June 28 and will retain membership for one year, according to a press release.
