Grand Opening. The Spokane Valley Event Center is now THE VENUE. On May 1st Red Rock Catering and Events will be hosting a grand opening from 4pm-7pm at the Venue, located at University City, 10514 East Sprague. The event is by invitation only. The Spokane Valley Event Center has been transformed into the most versatile and exciting new event venue in the Spokane area. The VENUE features 8000 square feet of event space, enough to seat 450 guests for dinner, and up to 600 guests for a presentation and hundreds of free parking spaces. The building has been renovated inside and out, featuring a new programable lighting system with a myriad of color choices, all new audio-visual equipment for sound and projection, and new carpeting and floor coverings. The VENUE incudes midcentury modern elements that give the space an updated feel while also allowing for multiple event styles to customize their event. Red Rock Catering is rolling out an exciting new menu to coincide with the opening that features Northwest inspired cuisine that is both approachable and affordable.
