Event Description

Your WHY is not a statement. It is a compass. Busy is not the same as aligned. And scaling without clarity is expensive. Whether you are just starting out or leading a growing team, your mission, vision, and values are not documents you write once and forget. They are living anchors. As you evolve, they must evolve with you.

In this session of The Aligned Business Series, we will revisit and recalibrate the foundation of your work. You will refine your WHY through who you are today, clarify the future you are building toward, and strengthen the values guiding your decisions. You do not need to have attended the first workshop to join us.

Social hour from 5:00–5:30 p.m., sponsored by Thrivent and Numerica.  Workshop experience from 5:30–7:00 p.m.

If something feels slightly off in your business, do not ignore it. This is your moment to realign.
