Kevin Parker, co-owner of GTG Ventures LLC, which operates all nine Spokane County Dutch Bros. coffee stores, says the company plans to open a tenth store that will open in Airway Heights in mid-October.

The new location will be built at 10109 W. State Route 2, next door to the Village Centre Cinemas in Airway Heights.

Parker opened the first Dutch Bros. in Spokane 14 years ago.

Meanwhile, North Idaho Dutch Bros. franchisee owner Jeff Buller says he’s actively looking to open a fourth location soon. He owns one store in Post Falls and two in Coeur d’Alene.

Last month, Buller opened a 2,800-square foot office and warehouse that’s being used to train employees and for storing equipment. The company doesn’t serve beverages from that location, located at 7600 N. Government Way, in Coeur d’Alene.

The parent company for Dutch Bros. is based in Grants Pass, Oregon, where it was founded in 1992.
