Diamond Rock Construction Inc., of Spokane Valley, is developing and building an apartment complex tentatively called Appleway 66, pictured here on the south side of Appleway Boulevard, near University Road. The complex, which will have four main structures and some covered parking, was designed by Wyatt Architects & Associates PS, of Spokane Valley.
