SCH Construction LLC, of Spokane, is developing a $2.2 million, 24-unit rental-housing project at 3405 S. Cook, on Spokane's South Hill. The cottage home-style houses, which will have an average of 1,000 square feet of living space each, are scheduled to be completed in early 2012. Christopher Morlan Architect PLLC, of Spokane, designed the project.
