Real estate team opens satellite office

July 2, 2009

Vincent Miesen, an agent with Keller Williams Realty Spokane, is opening a satellite office of that brokerage at 414 W. Sinto.

Miesen, two other real estate agents, and an assistant will occupy about 800 square feet of floor space on the upper level of the two-story building on Sinto Avenue, next to the Gretna Green Wedding Chapel.

"I'm moving into a place with more room, and I own the building," Miesen says of the Sinto office, which is less than a half-mile north of the big Keller Williams main Spokane office, located at 802 N. Washington.

The agents moving to the new location also will continue to do some business out of the main office, Miesen says.

Visions Design Studio Inc., a hair salon that Miesen's wife, Renee, owns, occupies the first floor of the building on Sinto.

Miesen says he's been in the real estate business nine years, eight of them as an agent with Keller Williams.
