Spokane Eye Clinic rises near downtown (ART ONLY)

A four-story, 44,000-square-foot structure that will house Spokane Eye Clinic PS is taking shape at 427 S. Bernard. Ramey Construction Co., of Spokane, is the contractor on the $9.6 million project. OMS Inc., of Spokane, and Atlanta-based Medical Design International designed it.
