Versalia Pizza plans store in Liberty Lake

Restaurants & Retail

May 6, 2021
Kevin Blocker

Versalia Pizza, formerly Veraci Pizza, announced on its Facebook page that it plans to open its second brick-and-mortar store in Liberty Lake in the fall.

“We’ve been a part of the Liberty Lake Farmers Market since 2009, and we’re thrilled to finally have a permanent location in the area,” says the social media post.

The artisan restaurant will be next door to Sweet Annie’s Artisan Creamery, at 1948 N. Harvest Parkway, and Hello Sugar, at 1950 N. Harvest Parkway. Versalia’s other restaurant is at 1333 W. Summit Parkway, in the Kendall Yards neighborhood just northwest of downtown Spokane.

Versalia Pizza has been active in the region’s farmers market circuit for several years via the use of its mobile oven.

Versalia’s website says it will participate in the Fairwood Farmers Market, at 319 W. Hastings, on the North Side 3-7 p.m. Tuesdays starting May 18.

Other 2021 farmers markets at which Versalia sets up shops include the Kootenai County Farmer’s Market, the Thursday Market in the South Perry District, and the Liberty Lake Market.
