Rudeen envisions new warehouse complex in Liberty Lake

Square footage of four buildings totals over 51K

April 22, 2021

An affiliate of Rudeen Development LLC is working to erect four warehouses in Liberty Lake, according to documents on file with the city of Liberty Lake.

Documents show four flex-space warehouse buildings are planned for the 5-acre site at 2700 N. Eagle Lane, at the southeast corner of Knox Avenue and Eagle Lane, northeast of the Huntwood Industries Inc. cabinet showroom. The buildings will house a total of 51,200 square feet of space.

A building permit application shows that Knox Lane III LLC owns the warehouse project. Washington state Department of Revenue documents show that business entity is helmed by Kevin Rudeen, CEO of Liberty Lake-based Rudeen Development.

A representative of Rudeen Development didn’t respond immediately to a request for comment.

According to Spokane County Assessor’s records, the site was sold in early 2019 to Knox Lane III for $825,000.

As recently reported by the Journal, Rudeen Development has been involved in a number of apartment projects in the Spokane area, including The Monika Apartments, in Spokane Valley, and the Bel Cielo Apartments, in Post Falls.
