Spokane

Focused Behavior Solutions LLC, a Spokane-based therapy services clinic for children and teens, has leased 5,800 square feet of office space formerly occupied by the United Food & Commercial Workers Union Local 3000, at 1719 and 1727 N. Atlantic, in Spokane, where the company is moving from 157 S. Howard. Mark McLees and Chris Bell, both of NAI Black, handled the transaction.

Spokane-based Hendren Foods LLC, which does business as The Bagel Authority, has leased a 1,400-square-foot floor space in the Empire State Building, at 903 W. Riverside, in downtown Spokane, where the company will open a store. Denny York, of Coldwell Banker Tomlinson, handled the transaction.

Health & Justice Recovery Alliance has purchased a 3,400-square-foot office building, at 8306 N. Wall, in north Spokane, where the Spokane-based social services nonprofit will expand its wellness services after relocating from smaller quarters. Stephen Barbieri, of Goodale & Barbieri, handled the transaction.

Temperature- and pressure-measurement equipment maker Digitron, part of U.K.-based Rototherm Group, has leased an 1,100-square-foot office in a commercial multitenant building, at 601 W. Maxwell, in Spokane. Stephen Barbieri and Katie Bohr, both of Goodale & Barbieri Co., handled the transaction.

Black Horsemen Tattoo LLC has subleased a 2,300-square-foot space at the former Pizza Hut building at 227 W. Third, in Spokane, where the company is relocating and expanding from smaller quarters on First Avenue. Clayton McFarland, of Goodale & Barbieri Co., handled the transaction.

 

Spokane Valley

Houston-based Clay Consulting LLC has leased a 2,300-square-foot office in a multitenant building at 12720 E. Nora, in Spokane Valley, where the veteran disability evaluation company will open a new office. Ryan Oberg, of Goodale & Barbieri Co., represented the tenant.

Kickstart Orthotics & Prosthetics PLLC has leased a 1,500-square-foot office in a multitenant building, at 1120 N. Pines, in Spokane Valley, where the company is opening a new location. Mark McLees, of NAI Black, and Jordan MacGregor, of Bornhoft Commercial, handled the transactions.

 

North Idaho

Ignite Wellness Center PLLC has purchased a 2,100-square-foot office building at 101 W. Mullan, in Post Falls, where the company plans to open its first chiropractic clinic in September. Craig Hunter and Rob Kannapien, both of Coldwell Banker Commercial Schneidmiller Realty, and Chris Nicholson, of Keller Williams, handled the transaction.

Phillip E. and Debbie G. Harrison have purchased as investment two mixed-use, multitenant buildings with 10,700 square feet of retail and warehouse space, at 2147 and 2151 W. Hayden, in Hayden. Craig Hunter and Rob Kannapien, both of Coldwell Banker Commercial Schneidmiller Realty, handled the transaction.

Standard Pool & Spa LLC has leased 2,100 square feet of commercial warehouse space at 3275 E. Quad Park Court, in Post Falls, where the company has opened a new store. Craig Hunter and Rob Kannapien, both of Coldwell Banker Commercial Schneidmiller Realty, handled the transaction.
