Real Estate Transactions and Other Business Moves in the Inland Northwest

Spokane

Northwest Center, a Renton, Washington-based nonprofit, has leased 11,100 square feet of office and warehouse space at the International Gateway Center, at 10102 E. Knox, Ste. 100, in Spokane Valley, where the company is opening a new office. Erik Nelson, of Kiemle Hagood, represented the landlord in the transaction.

Seattle-based Spectrum Development Solutions LLC, a real estate advisory, development management, and owner’s representation company, has purchased about 5.8 acres of land at 811 N. Iron Bridge Way, in Spokane, where the company plans to develop a 160-unit multifamily building. Mike Livingston, of Kiemle Hagood, handled the transaction.

Skeeter 701 LLC, of Spokane, has purchased a 2,900-square-foot retail building at 2202 E. Euclid, in Spokane, where the company plans to operate an automotive and tire shop. Jay Carson, of Kiemle Hagood, handled the transaction.

Airway Heights

Always Magic Hour W 21st LLC, a Spokane property management company, has purchased a 30,000-square-foot warehouse and office building, at 11427 W. 21st, in Airway Heights. Cory Barbieri, of Goodale & Barbieri Co., represented the buyer in the transaction.

Spokane Valley

Sunshine Health Facilities Inc., a Spokane Valley health care provider, has purchased 14.5 acres of vacant land at 3310 S. Ridgeview Drive, in Spokane Valley, which will allow for a potential expansion project in the future. Mark C. McLees, of NAI Black, and Joel Elgee, of Avalon 24 Real Estate LLC, handled the transaction.

North Idaho

Post Falls Eye Building LLC has purchased a 6,800-square-foot building on 1.6 acres of land, at 1901 E. Seltice Way, in Post Falls, for a new location for North Idaho Eye Institute Inc., a Coeur d’Alene-based eye care provider. Craig Hunter and Rob Kannapien, both of Coldwell Banker Commercial Schneidmiller Realty, handled the transaction.

Pacific Northwest Jiujitsu LLC has leased a 3,500-square-foot commercial warehouse at 978 W. Hayden, in Hayden, where the company plans to open Gracie Barra Jiu-Jitsu & Self Defense Studio. Guy D. Byrd, of SVN Cornerstone LLC, handled the transaction.

Cleary Building Corp., a Verona, Wisconsin-based pre-engineered building manufacturer, has leased 2,100 square feet of office space in a multitenant building and about 17,400 square feet of outside storage space at 10739 N. Government Way, in Hayden. Craig Hunter and Rob Kannapien, both of Coldwell Banker Commercial Schneidmiller Realty, handled the transaction.

The Marine Ravine, an ornamental exotic fish retailer, has leased a 2,300-square-foot office and warehouse suite in the Dakota Park Industrial Condos, at 2235 W. Dakota, in Hayden, where the company will open a store this fall. Craig Hunter and Rob Kannapien, both of Coldwell Banker Commercial Schneidmiller Realty, handled the transaction.

Kennewick, Washington-based behavioral health provider Ideal Option has leased a 4,900-square-foot office suite at 3918 N. Schreiber Way, in Coeur d’Alene, for a new clinic. Craig Hunter and Rob Kannapien, both of Coldwell Banker Commercial Schneidmiller Realty, and Jeff McGougan, of NAI Black, handled the transaction.
