Around Town: Real estate transactions in the Inland Northwest

Spokane

Spokane Treasure Trove, a Spokane-based vintage toy, collectibles, and candy store, has leased a 2,000-square-foot retail space at the location of the former Spokane Art School building, at 811 W. Garland, in Spokane, where the company has opened a storefront. Jim Orcutt, of NAI Black, handled the lease.

San Francisco-based law practice Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani LLP has leased 2,000 square feet of office space in the Paulsen Center, at 421 W. Riverside, in Spokane. The firm has relocated its Spokane office from a smaller office suite in the former Wells Fargo building, at 601 W. First. Marc Mowrer, of Leavitt Capital Cos., represented the lessee in the transaction.

WPX Delivery Solutions has leased 21,900 square feet of industrial warehouse space at McFarlane Phase 2, located at 10921 W. McFarlane Road, in West Spokane, where the Auburn, Washington-based transportation company will move its Spokane operations from a location on east Trent Avenue later this year. Marc Mowrer, of Leavitt Capital Cos., and Darren Slackman, of NAI Black, handled the transaction.

Husband and wife team Mark and Patricia Blair have purchased 26,900 square feet of mixed-use commercial, residential, and vacant land at 1015 W. Cora, in Spokane, for $750,000. Omar Sadaoui, of SVN Cornerstone LLC, represented the buyer.

Perry LLC, a Mead-based real estate investing and leasing company, has purchased Logan Square, a 14,500-square-foot retail center located at 1601 N. Division, in Spokane, for $4.75 million. Guy Byrd and John Hillier, both of SVN Cornerstone LLC, handled the transaction.

Saw Oriental Market LLC, a Spokane-based grocery store, has leased 1,500 square feet of retail space at 1601 N. Division, in Spokane, where the company has opened a new store. Guy Byrd and John Hillier, both of SVN Cornerstone LLC, represented the lessor.

4416 Project LLC, a Seattle-based real estate investment company, has purchased a 6,000-square-foot warehouse, at 155 S. Pine, in Spokane, for $961,000. Guy Byrd, of SVN Cornerstone LLC, represented the seller.

Raze Development has purchased a 9,900-square-foot office building, at 6519 N. Lidgerwood, in Spokane, where the Spokane-based nonprofit will open a new child care center at the former Washington state Department of Licensing office. Mark McLees and Chris Bell, both of NAI Black, handled the transaction.

 

Spokane Valley

Wipliance LLC, of Bellevue, Washington, has leased a 9,100-square-foot space at Pinecroft Business Park, at 12310 E. Mirabeau Parkway, in Spokane Valley, where the home and commercial automation system provider will move from a location on north Division Street. Jim Quigley, of Kiemle Hagood, and Marc Mowrer, of Leavitt Capital Cos., handled the transaction.

Spokane Valley-based holding company T3R Holdings LLC has purchased a 7,300-square-foot industrial warehouse located at 7321 E. Nora, in Spokane Valley, for $1.1 million. Nate Gant, of SVN Cornerstone LLC, represented the seller.

 

North Idaho

Hayden-based LB Crain Properties LLC has purchased a 5,500-square-foot building at 1726 W. Kathleen, in Coeur d’Alene, for $1.3 million, as an investment. Guy Byrd, of SVN Cornerstone LLC, represented the seller.

Inland Empire Gymnastics Association Inc., which does business as Avant Coeur Gymnastics, has leased a 10,500-square-foot retail and warehouse space at 6275 N. Sunshine, in Coeur d’Alene. Craig Hunter and Rob Kannapien, both of Coldwell Banker Commercial Schneidmiller Realty, handled the transaction.

 

West Plains

Philena LLC, a Spokane-based multifamily investment and development company, has purchased a 12,100-square-foot multifamily building, at 419 Fifth, in Cheney. Mark McLees and Jeff McGougan, both of NAI Black, handled the transaction.
