Around Town: Real estate transactions in the Inland Northwest

Spokane

Next Level Cladding LLC, of Spokane, has leased a 2,000-square-foot retail bay at Cedar Canyon Village shopping center, at 3022 E. 57th, on the South Hill, where the architectural façade contracting company has moved from a home office. Cory Barbieri, of Goodale & Barbieri Co., handled the transaction.

Western Hearing Aid Center Inc., a Spokane hearing aid provider, has leased 800 square feet of office space at 8215 N. Division, on Spokane’s North Side, where the company plans to move from a temporary space after a fire destroyed its previous office. Denny York, of Coldwell Banker Tomlinson, handled the transaction.

Wicomico LLC, a Seattle-based real estate investment company, has purchased two multitenant office buildings with 13,000 square feet of office space combined, at 8205 and 8225 N. Division, on Spokane’s North Side. Denny York, of Coldwell Banker Tomlinson, handled the transaction.

Kuharski Financial Services LLC, a Spokane wealth management company and affiliate of San Diego-based LPL Financial, has leased 810 square feet of office space at Rock Pointe Corporate Center, at 316 W. Boone, where the company has opened an office. Max Plese, of Plese Realty, and Craig Soehren, Erik Nelson, and Jamie Moesges, all of Kiemle Hagood, handled the transaction.

Raymond James & Associates Inc., a St. Petersburg, Florida-based investment banking company, has leased a 3,500-square-foot office at Riverpoint One Building, at 501 N. Riverpoint Blvd., in the University District, for a new location. Jason Jackson and Jamie Moesges, both of Kiemle Hagood, and Grant Goodwiller, of Cushman & Wakefield, handled the transaction.

Macaulay & Associates LLC, of Spokane, has leased 2,800 square feet of office and patio space at the Paulsen Center building, at 421 W. Riverside, where the financial services company has moved from a smaller office in the same building. Marc Mower, of Leavitt Capital Cos., and Lisa Dowers, of West & Wheeler LLC, handled the transaction.

North Idaho

Fortress North America LLC, a chemical fire retardant manufacturing division of Rocklin, California-based Fortress Fire Retardant Systems, has leased an 11,500-square-foot industrial warehouse, at 7740 N. Corn Maze Way, in Post Falls, where the company will open an additional location. Craig Hunter and Rob Kannapien, both of Coldwell Banker Commercial Schneidmiller Realty, handled the transaction.

Salubre Idaho LLC, a franchisee of Irvine, California-based Club Pilates fitness studios, has leased a 2,000-square-foot retail space at the Hayden Center, at 9235 N. Government Way, in Hayden, for a new location. Erik Nelson and Chad Carper, both of Kiemle Hagood, handled the transaction.

OEBU Hayden LLC, of Post Falls, has purchased 1.6 acres of commercial land at Rock Hayden Square, near the southwest corner of U.S. 95 and Lancaster Road, in Hayden, for a new restaurant. Craig Hunter, Rob Kannapien, and Dani Kramer, all of Coldwell Banker Commercial Schneidmiller Realty, handled the transaction.

Spokane Valley

Glamour Nails has leased a 2,750-square-foot suite in a multitenant retail building at 15701 E. Sprague, in Spokane Valley, for a new location. Ryan Oberg and Bill Duffy, both of Goodale & Barbieri Co., handled the transaction.

SalonCentric Inc., a St. Petersburg, Florida-based wholesale beauty supply store, has leased 2,400 square feet of retail space in two suites in a multitenant building at 12120 E. Mission, in Spokane Valley, for a new location. KC Reese, of NAI Black, and Denny York, of Coldwell Banker Tomlinson, handled the transaction.

JoLa Entertainment Group LLC, a West Richland, Washington-based sports entertainment franchise operator, has leased a 6,100-square-foot retail space at Market Pointe I Retail Center, at 15110 E. Indiana, in Spokane Valley, where the company will open X Golf, an indoor golf simulator and entertainment center. Carl Guenzel and Erik Nelson, both of Kiemle Hagood, handled the transaction.
