Around Town: Inland Northwest real estate transactions

Spokane

Front Leaning Rest PLLC, of Spokane, which does business as Counter Column Accounting, has leased a 1,300-square-foot office in the multitenant Teamster Building, at 1912 N. Division, in Spokane, where the accounting company will move from an office in the Courtyard Office Center, in downtown Spokane. Sharon Reynolds, of Byrd Real Estate Group LLC, and Barb Pielli, of Bornhoft Commercial, handled the transaction.

 

RW Hot Shot Service LLC, a Spokane-based product delivery company, has leased a two-story 3,600-square-foot commercial building at 3030 E. Mission, in Spokane. Jim Orcutt, of NAI Black, and Doug Byrd, of Byrd Real Estate Group LLC, handled the transaction.

 

Spokane Valley

Cabinets North LLC, a custom cabinet and countertop business, has leased a 1,200-square-foot retail space at Pines Square retail center, located at 1507 N. Pines Road, in Spokane Valley, where the Coeur d’Alene-based company has opened a new location. Colin Conway, of Kiemle Hagood, handled the transaction.

 

Mathnasium LLC has leased a 1,300-square-foot retail space in a multitenant building at 328 N. Sullivan Road, in Spokane Valley, where the math education franchise operation will open a new location in July. Colin Conway, of Kiemle Hagood, and Levi McCormick, of SDS Realty Inc., handled the transaction.

North Idaho

McCampbell Insurance Inc., of Coeur d’Alene, has leased a 1,200-square-foot office space at 1250 N. Northwood Center Court, in Coeur d’Alene, for a new office. Mary Kienbaum, of Kiemle Hagood, handled the transaction.

 

Robinson Financial Services has leased 1,800 square feet of office space in a multitenant office building at 6500 N. Mineral Drive, in Coeur d’Alene, where the company has relocated from a smaller space in Hayden. Chris Schreiber, of Kiemle Hagood, handled the transaction.

 

West Plains

Mooreflooring LLC, which does business as Moore Flooring, has leased a 6,400-square-foot retail building at 2110 First, in Cheney, where the company has opened a storefront location. Jim Orcutt and Mark McLees, both of NAI Black, handled the transaction.

 

Cheney-based West Plains Roasters LLC has leased a 1,200-square-foot building at 819 First, in Cheney, where the coffee and bakery company will open a second location featuring a drive-thru. Jim Orcutt, of NAI Black, handled the transaction.
